1. User Obligations

The user is obligated to comply with the laws of the country in which they are physically located, as well as the laws of the jurisdiction where the VPN server is located.

Important: The user must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Use of our service does not exempt you from liability for violation of the law.

2. Prohibited Activities

It is strictly forbidden to use our service for the following purposes:

Distribution of illegal, defamatory, pornographic, or terrorist content.
Accessing the darknet and participating in illegal transactions.
Downloading and distributing copyrighted materials without permission (including torrents).
Hacking, spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, and other malicious activities.
Fraud, data theft, financial crimes.
Any other activity that violates the laws of the Russian Federation, EU, USA, or other jurisdictions.

3. Consequences of Violations

If prohibited activity is detected, the user's account will be immediately blocked without warning. All available data (including IP address, email, connection logs) will be disclosed to law enforcement authorities upon official request or court decision.

Funds paid for the service will not be refunded in case of violation of these Terms.

Violators will receive a permanent ban not only by IP address, but also by other identifiers, including device MAC address, email, cookies, and other available information.

4. Data Disclosure

We reserve the right to disclose any user information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in response to a request from government authorities.

Data Disclosure Policy: We do not respond to requests from jurisdictions lacking an independent judiciary, rule of law, and human rights protections. We only consider official requests from countries that are signatories to the European Convention on Human Rights and other international agreements protecting civil liberties.

5. Privacy

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we are not responsible for the actions of users who violate the law.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
