Mandatory conditions for all Amnezia AWG users

These Terms define the conditions for using the Amnezia AWG VPN service. By using our service, you agree to comply with all provisions listed below.

1. Legal Use

The VPN service is provided exclusively for legal purposes: ensuring privacy, bypassing geo-restrictions, and securing connections on public networks.

Important: The user is responsible for complying with the laws of their physical location as well as the laws of the country where the VPN server is located. Ignorance of the law does not exempt from liability.

We do not log traffic, but reserve the right to monitor abnormal activity (e.g., high load, port scanning) to protect our infrastructure.

The user bears full responsibility for their online actions while using our service.

4. Consequences of Violations

If prohibited activity is detected, the account will be immediately blocked without warning. All available data will be disclosed to law enforcement upon official requests that comply with international standards.

Funds paid for the service are non-refundable in case of violation of these Terms.

Violators will receive a permanent ban based on all available identifiers: IP, email, MAC address, cookies, and other technical data.

We do not store traffic logs, but may disclose technical information (IP, email, connection time) upon a legally substantiated request.

Data Disclosure Policy: We do not respond to requests from jurisdictions lacking an independent judiciary, rule of law, and human rights protections. We only consider official requests from countries that are signatories to the European Convention on Human Rights and other international agreements protecting civil liberties.
